Rasmus Rex

Rasmus Rex is a producer and songwriter.

He started his musical journey in 2019 at just 15 years old, writing and recording songs from his home studio. He co-founded the band ZIMA with his best friend, Lucas Lerhøj – a creative playground where the duo explored and honed their musical expression.

Rasmus' passion for songwriting and composition quickly grew, sparking a drive to collaborate with other artists. Through RIA Kollektivet in his hometown of Roskilde, he began working with talents such as Bifald, KEIDO, and Ida Aysel.

In 2023, Rasmus was selected to join the Danish Songwriting Academy, where he refined his craft under the guidance of esteemed producers such as Frederik Thaae, Emil Falk, and Saqib Hassan, among others. He graduated in 2025, ready to make his mark on the music scene.

Rasmus has already collaborated with prominent artists, including Minds of 99, Mads Langer, and Christopher.

His recent work includes collaborations with artists such as Malte August, evigblå, Gunge, Bifald, and tusind.tanker, as well as ZIMA's debut EP.
