With the founding of The Arrangement in 2019, Anders found the ideal platform to thrive in an ever-changing music industry. Surrounded by exceptional talent and strong collaborators, he continues to enjoy every aspect of his work. Talent development has always been Anders' greatest passion - both nurturing artists and mentoring industry professionals. Among the most recent artists A&R'd and developed by Anders are PIL and KALASET, both of whom have achieved significant success across streaming platforms, radio, and live performances.
For more than 15 years, Anders has been one of Denmark's leading Music Supervisors for major television productions with extensive musical content. His work includes a wide range of high-profile productions such as royal events, X-Factor, De Største Øjeblikke (TV2), TV2 Christmas Show, and the Zulu Awards, including the award-winning shows from 2019 and 2020.
In 2016, Anders co-founded ArtPeople Music Publishing together with industry veteran Jan Degner, becoming part of People Group. This collaboration laid the foundation for what would later become The Arrangement, and included work on the first season of TV2's popular Christmas calendar "Tinka".
Earlier, in 2005, Anders transitioned into music publishing as a partner in Good Songs Publishing under The Music Business Organization (MBO). MBO also served as the umbrella organization for Copenhagen Records, CMC, and later A:Larm. During this period, Anders played a key role in shaping the Danish publishing landscape, pioneering professional songwriting camps for artists such as Sanne Salomonsen and contributing extensively to Melodi Grand Prix and Eurovision. Highlights from this era include Denmark's Eurovision victory in 2013 with "Only Teardrops" and international successes such as "Fascination" by Alphabeat.
Prior to this, Anders joined Sony Music, where he served as Head of A&R and Head of the Local Department from 2000 to 2004, overseeing releases by artists including Kashmir, C.V. Jørgensen, and Caroline Henderson. He later worked as Music Manager for the TV production company BLU, which included a season as a judge on the Danish version of Idols broadcast on TV3.
Anders' industry career began at PolyGram as a salesman before quickly advancing into an A&R role, where he worked with artists such as Lis Sørensen and jazz legend Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen. He later continued his A&R work at BMG, collaborating with artists including Søs Fenger and Caroline Henderson.
With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Anders' journey started in a record store on Funen, followed by several successful years as a DJ and radio host on P3 and The Voice. His broad background and senior-level experience span nearly every aspect of the music business.
